The frontline index S&P BSE Sensex gained 2.15% or 1288 points during the week and closed at 61,133.88 on December 29, 2022.

The positive rally was broad based during the week with S&P BSE Mid Cap closing up by 3.25% at 25,220.62. The S&P BSE Small Cap also ended at 28,707.42 gaining 5.34%.
