Hitachi Energy India, TTML and Quess Corp have witnessed volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first, as well as the last hour of each trading session, is the most important and active in terms of price & volume.

More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro-traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of the trade along with price rise, it is considered a pro, and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short to medium-term.

So, based on this principle, we have shortlisted three stocks that have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of the trade along with price rise.

Cera Sanitaryware: The stock of CERA soared 4.24% despite weakness in the market. Most of the gains were recorded in the latter stages of the session when the stock recorded huge volumes. These volumes were greater than 30-day average volume. It has formed a strong bullish candle and is likely to see an uptrend from here on.

Sobha Ltd: The scrip witnessed strong buying activity towards the end as it surged nearly 5% from day’s low.  The stock recorded rising volumes for third consecutive day which indicates active participation from the traders. It moved above its prior swing high levels and shows relatively strong strength. With such positive price action and volume, it is likely to trend higher in times to come.

Chemplast Sanmar: The stock traded flat for most of the time but witnessed strong buying interest towards the end. In the last 75 minutes, the stock jumped over 7% and recorded massive volumes. After a steep fall from the past many days, the stock has finally witnessed strong buying action and looks to gain momentum. Amidst such bullishness, it is expected to be on traders’ radar in the coming days.
