eClerx Services, Aavas Financier, and Ashoka Buildcon have witnessed a volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first, as well as the last hour of each trading session, is the most important and active in terms of price & volume.

More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro-traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of the trade along with a price rise, it is considered a pro, and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short to medium-term.

So, based on this principle, we have shortlisted three stocks that have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of the trade along with price rise.

eClerx Services: The stock trended higher despite weak market sentiment and surged 3.45% on Tuesday. After a steep correction, the stock has witnessed strong buying interest at lower levels as evident from above-average volumes. In the last 75 minutes, the stock recorded a jump of over 2% and massive volumes. About 50% of its day’s volume was concentrated in the last 75 minutes. Thus, the stock is expected to be volatile with a positive bias for the upcoming days.

Aavas Financier: The scrip closed higher by 2.51%. It traded flat for most of the time but witnessed strong buying momentum towards the end. A bullish gain of 3% was seen towards the end of the 75-minute timeframe. Moreover, volumes turned out to be above average, indicating higher buying participation. Thus, it should be on the trader’s radar for a few more days.

Ashoka Buildcon: The stock closed positive by 2.43%, and is at its day’s high. On the technical chart, it formed a bullish candle with a long lower shadow and indicates strong buying activity at lower levels. With this, it closed above its prior resistance. It can trade higher with heavier volumes in times to come amidst such positivity.
