IFB Industries, IGL, and Sansera Engineering witnessed a volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first and the last hour of each trading session is the most important and active in terms of price and volume. More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of trade along with price rise it is said to be the pro and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short-medium term.    

So, based on this principle we have shortlisted three stocks, which have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of trade along with price rise.    

IFB Industries: The stock jumped massively by 11% on Friday. With this, it has broken out from its double-bottom pattern with huge volumes. Volume recorded today has been the highest in many months which indicates strong institutional buying in the stock. Moreover, it closed above its short and long-term moving averages. Strong volumes shall attract more traders and this stock can be a hot topic for next week.

IGL: After a massive gap-up, the stock surged throughout the day and jumped nearly 4% on Friday. The volumes continued to build as the day progressed. Moreover, the volumes rose for the third consecutive day, which is a positive indication. The stock closed at the day’s high, and we can expect strong trading in the stock in times to come.

Sansera Engineering: The scrip rose by a modest 1.38% during Friday’s trading session. With this, it has crossed above its consolidation range with good volumes. About 50% of the total day's volume was recorded in the last hour. The stock closed at the day’s high and is expected to trend positively in upcoming trading sessions.
