Company has recently operationalized 100 more pathology collection centres
 
In Mumbai, 100 more Pathology Collecting Centers have been put into operation by Krsnaa Diagnostics. As of the date of March 13, 2023, the Company has operationalized 300 Pathology collecting centres.

Prior to this, the business had won a bid from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Council in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to offer lab investigation facilities under the "Hinduhridaysamrat Balasaheb Thakeray Chikitsa" programme to BMC Dispensaries and Hospitals in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Scrip opened today at Rs 401.35 and touched its day high at Rs 412.70. Its 52-week high stood at Rs 655.00, whereas the 52-week low was Rs 354.00. Promoters hold 27.79 per cent, whereas institutional and non-institutional holdings are 23.55 per cent and 48.65 per cent, respectively. Presently, the market cap of the company is Rs 1,225.92 crore.

Krsnaa Diagnostics is one of India's top providers of unique diagnostic services. It offers a variety of technologically equipped diagnostic services to public and private hospitals, medical schools and community health centres throughout India, including imaging (including radiology), pathology/clinical laboratory and tele-radiology services. It also runs one of India's largest tele-radiology reporting centres in Pune, which can process massive quantities of X-rays, CT scans and MRI scans 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This enables it to serve patients in rural areas where diagnostic facilities are few. It offers comprehensive diagnostic services across a range of market categories at competitive prices.

The business provides a variety of clinical laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging services, including both common and specialty tests, studies and profiles that are used for illness prediction, early detection, diagnostic screening, confirmation and/or monitoring. It offers X-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, bone mineral densitometry and mammography as part of its diagnostic imaging/radiology services. Biochemistry, haematology, clinical pathology, histopathology and cytopathology, microbiology, serology and immunology are the main areas of concentration in the pathology section.
