The shares of DB Realty Ltd are buzzing on the bourses today. Around 9.40 am, the shares of the company hit the upper circuit of Rs 69.15. Post this, the trading activity came to a halt. Even in the pre-opening session today, the shares of DB Realty were trading higher by 4.02%. Owing to the share price rally, the stock is one of the top gainers on the BSE from Group A.

Meanwhile, as of 10.52 am, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex is up by 0.59%.

Looking at the recent announcements, the company reported its Q3FY23 results on Tuesday. As per the exchange filing, the company’s net revenue grew to Rs 622.7 crore from Rs 8.03 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. However, owing to a steeper growth in expenses, the company incurred a net loss of Rs 620 crore.

The company is currently trading at a TTM PE of 4.84x, as against the industry PE of 73.9x. In FY22, the company delivered an ROE & ROCE of 2% and 10% respectively. The company is a constituent of Group A stocks and commands a market capitalization of Rs 2,365.34 crore.
