From commodity space, we have seen that the prices of Crude oil are trading comfortably below $90 however Natural gas prices have shot up.
We saw the IT stocks in US markets rebound and hence NASDAQ was the top-performing index in US markets on Friday. We can expect some action in IT stocks in Indian markets as well on Monday. NASDAQ has been underperforming lately and hence the bounce back has significance.
Several stocks made fresh 52-week highs the previous week. Kalpataru Power, Maruti, Bharti Airtel, Indian Bank, Granules and Shanti Gear are some of the stocks that are trading close to their respective 52-week highs.
From the SME space RMC Switchgear, Frof Cellsat, and Jaya Jalaram Technology are expected to remain in focus. The DoT’s decision to make it mandatory for sourcing local telecom products is positive for micro-cap companies such as Advait Infratech and Frog Cellsat.
