Opening Bell: Markets kick off the week on a flat note

On Monday, Indian equity markets opened on a flat note with marginal losses. 

Nifty 50 and Sensex are trading in the red territory with losses of 0.10% at levels of 17,500 and 58,750, respectively. Top large-cap gainers include ONGC, Infosys, Bajaj Finserv, Mahindra & Mahindra and State Bank of India.

DB Realty - The company has announced that it has entered into a non-binding term sheet with a large fund for the sale of its land at Andheri East, Mumbai at a consideration of Rs 480 crore. The company is engaged primarily in the business of real estate construction, development and other related activities. Most of the projects are based in and around Mumbai and are under various stages of planning and construction.

Automotive Stamping & Assemblies - The company has approved the appointment of Jayadev Mishra as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. The enterprise mainly manufactures sheet-metal stampings, welded assemblies, and modules for passenger cars and commercial vehicles; these products account for more than 95% of the total revenue.

Mafatlal Industries - The company has approved a sub-division of the existing equity share of the company in the ratio of 1:5. Incorporated in the year 1913, Mafatlal Industries Limited (MIL) is among India's oldest textile companies. Its brand, Mafatlal is one of the country's widely recalled textile brands. MIL is an integrated textile player with a spinning, weaving and processing facility at Nadiad.

Welspun Corp - The company has informed the bourses that it has received an order for a supply of 785 miles or 100,000 MT of high-frequency induction welding pipes. The company is a leading manufacturer of large-diameter pipes globally, offering a one-stop solution for all line pipe-related requirements with its wide range of high-grade line pipes.

Indsil Hydro Power & Manganese - The company has informed of the resignation of Vinod Narsiman from the post of Managing Director of the company. It is engaged in manufacturing regular and specialised manganese alloys and ferro chrome which are used in the stainless-steel Industry
