Jubilant Foodworks - The company has informed the bourses that Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. (“JFN”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has increased its stake in DP Eurasia N.V. (DPEU) through various on-market purchases. As on October 3, 2022, JFN is holding 7,14,13,939 ordinary shares in DPEU representing 49.04% of its issued share capital.

DP Eurasia is the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. DP Eurasia (together with its subsidiaries) is the largest pizza delivery company in Turkey and the third largest in Russia.
