Leading Indian IT services company announces multi-year partnership with Mondelez International

HCL Technologies (HCLTech) and Mondelez International have extended a multi-year contract to improve cybersecurity at Mondelez International and transform digital workplace services globally. Mondelez International implemented HCLTech's highly regarded BigFix platform to support its hybrid workplace model. This platform automates the discovery and patching of potential vulnerabilities, ensuring that all endpoints, including servers, mobile devices, and laptops, are always secure and compliant.
HCLTech will make use of its automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to allow Mondelez International to offer its more than 110,000 workers in 79 countries an intuitive, on-demand personalised user experience and expedited issue resolution. In addition, HCLTech will establish a Digital Experience Office to help Mondelez International's efforts to automate and improve the employee experience.
HCLTech is one of the leading global IT services companies which provides software-led IT solutions, remote infrastructure management and R&D services.
