Godrej Properties Hits ₹2,000+ Cr Sales with Godrej Jardinia Launch in Noida
On Thursday, Godrej Properties Limited revealed the sale of around 650 residential units at its Godrej Jardinia project in Sector 146, Noida, generating revenue exceeding ₹2,000 crore. Launched in May 2024, this project has emerged as Godrej Properties' most lucrative launch in Noida based on the total value of properties sold.
In a regulatory filing, Godrej Properties informed that it has "sold around 650 homes worth over ₹2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Jardinia, located in Sector 146, Noida." The project, launched in May 2024, highlights the strong consumer demand for residential properties in Noida.
Noida's Sector 146 is a thriving and emerging residential area, offering top-notch social and commercial facilities such as the Noida SEZ, entertainment centers, and Film City. It also boasts excellent connectivity to the upcoming Jewar Airport, metro station, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and Yamuna Expressway.
Following the successful launch of Godrej Tropical Isle last year, this latest project marks the fourth development in the past year to achieve sales exceeding ₹2000 crores in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Godrej Properties acquired eight land parcels outright and two through other means in the previous fiscal year for residential development projects valued at over ₹21,000 crore. The company targets to acquire additional land parcels in the current fiscal year to drive sales bookings of ₹20,000 crore. In a recent investor presentation, Godrej Properties disclosed the acquisition of 10 new projects with an estimated future booking value of ₹21,225 crore. In the previous fiscal year, the company set a target of ₹15,000 crore for new business development, including land purchases both outright and in collaboration with landowners.
