The Indian benchmark indices were trading flat with BSE Realty Index being the top gaining sectoral indice and BSE Telecommunication being the top loser.

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading flat with Sensex down around 34 points or 0.06% at 60,210 and the Nifty trading up by 4 points or 0.013% at 17,706.

About 1,925 shares have advanced, 1,244 have declined and 133 were unchanged on BSE.

Top Gainer & Losers on BSE:

Tata Motors, HCL Technologies and IndusInd Bank were the top Sensex gainers today, while Tata Consultancy Services, Reliance Industries and Power Grid Corporation of India were the top Sensex loser. 

The indices traded in a higher manner in the broader markets, with the BSE Mid-cap index zooming by 0.30% and the BSE Small-cap index zooming by 0.21%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers are Bajaj Holding & Investments and Yes Bank, while the top small-cap gainers were Precision Camshafts and Deep Polymers.

The indices were trading mixed on the sectoral front, with the BSE Realty Index leading the gainers and BSE Telecommunication Index leading the losers. The BSE Realty Index soared by 0.85% each, led by Sobha and Oberoi Realty and whereas BSE Telecommunication Index plunged by 0.60% dragged down by Tata Communications and Vindhya Telelinks. 

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Angel One Ltd, Just Dial Ltd and Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd.
