Domestic benchmark indices were trading higher with BSE Mid-cap index up 0.16% and the BSE Small cap index up 0.55%.

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 120 points or 0.21% at 60,175 and the Nifty trading up by 40 points or 0.22% at 17,783. About 1,982 shares have advanced, 1,345 declined, and 127 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows: 
The top Sensex gainers were Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv and Bharat Airtel whereas the top Sensex losers were Tech Mahindra, Sun Pharmaceuticals and HDFC Bank.
 

The BSE Power Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Consumer Durables Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Power Index soared 1.65%, led by Adani Transmission and Adani Green Energy while the BSE Consumer Durables Index was down 1.1% dragged down by Blue Star and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail.
