It has seen consistent market share growth over the past three fiscal years. With 18 retail stores, 8 small format stores and a distribution network covering 617 dealers and 88,586 retail locations by September 30, 2023, the company invested ₹206 billion in digital infrastructure by December 31, 2023. It serves 27.1 million customers across 486 census towns, including 19,144 thousand data customers, with 18,839 thousand being 4G and 5G subscribers as of December 31, 2023.
