As Indian markets showed resilience amid weak global clues, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex hovered around 60,000 level, gaining 0.24% or 141 points during the week and closed at 59934.01 on September 15,2022.

The broader market also closed stronger during the week with S&P BSE Midcap closing up by 1.4% at 26,307.2. The S&P BSE Small Cap also ended at 29,911.51 higher by 383 points or 1.3%.

The stock has been witnessing strong momentum reaching new highs in consecutive sessions, the latest recorded high of Rs 2886.50 on September 15. With the phenomenal weekly rally weekly, the stock has delivered 110.10% in a year. The preferential issue will be of 60 crore shares to be issued at Rs 15.55 per share.
