The agrochemical company posted its Q1FY23 results, which showed degrowth on a sequential basis. Net sales fell by 42.5% to Rs 824.5 crore as compared to the March quarter. The company reported EBITDA and Net Profit at Rs 52.88 crore and Rs 22.64 crore, which were down by 81.78% and 87,21%, respectively QoQ . Compared to the June Quarter of 2021, net sales were up by 32.4% but margins had significantly contracted and came in at 6.41% (EBITDAM) and 2.75% (PATM) As a result, the shares of Sharda Cropchem witnessed a heavy selloff in the counter on July 25 shedding 18.66% share price in a single session.
