For FY22, the company recorded consolidated revenue of Rs 1066 crore and a net profit of Rs 151 crore. As per the FY22 period ending, the company has ROE and ROCE of 9.16% and 11%, respectively.
Over the 5 years period, the company has delivered strong growth in its financials, where sales and net profit CAGR growth remained at 30% and 34%, respectively.
The company has a market capitalization of Rs 7974 crore and is currently trading at a PE multiple of 48.25x. About the shareholding pattern, 65.17% of the company’s stake is owned by the promoters, 4.98% by FIIs, 4.4% by DIIs, and the rest 25.45% by the non-institutional investors.
