These stocks witness a huge volume burst in the last leg of the trading session
Bandhan Bank, KSB, and ABB India have witnessed volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.
As the saying goes, the first, as well as the last hour of each trading session, is the most important and active in terms of price & volume.
More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro-traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of the trade along with price rise, it is considered a pro, and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short to medium term.
So, based on this principle, we have shortlisted three stocks that have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of the trade along with price rise.
Bandhan Bank: The stock witnessed fantastic buying throughout the day as it soared 5.59%. With this, it has registered a breakout from its triangle pattern with above-average volume. The volume on Wednesday was greater than the 10-day, 30-day, and 50-day average volume. It closed at day’s high and is likely to see strong demand in times to come.
KSB: KSB is undergoing strong bullishness and is currently trading at its lifetime high. It traded positively throughout the day and received strong buying interest towards the end. In the last 75 minutes, the stock surged nearly 3% with huge volume. It is likely to be under the trader’s radar in upcoming days.
ABB India: The stock rose 6.71% on Wednesday. It formed higher highs on the technical chart and is at its all-time high. The volumes rose for the third consecutive day, while most of it was recorded during the last hour. About 50% of the total daily volume was recorded during this period. Good buying interest emerging towards the end must be taken positively and we can expect the stock to trade higher in times to come.
