Natco Pharma, TCI Express, and Star Cement have witnessed volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first and the last hour of each trading session is the most important and active in terms of price and volume. More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of trade along with price rise it is said to be the pro and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short-medium term.

So, based on this principle we have shortlisted three stocks, which have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of trade along with price rise.

Natco Pharma: The stock traded lower during the day but witnessed a fantastic bounce at day end. In the last hour of the session, the stock jumped nearly 6% backed by massive volume. It formed a bullish candle with identical size of previous day’s candle. Moreover, the volume rose for third consecutive day, which is a strong indication of rising participation level. The stock closed nearly at day’s high and is expected to be traded heavily in times to come.

TCI Express: The stock gained 4.41% during Monday’s trading session. It traded positively throughout the day and gained sharp momentum towards the end. In the last hour of the session, the stock surged about 2.5% and closed nearly at the day’s high. Moreover, the volume recorded during this period was above average. With buying emerging towards the end, the stock is likely to be traded heavily with a positive bias.

Star Cement: The stock gained 4.30% at the end of the day. It traded flat to slightly stive during the day but shot up in the end. Bout 50% of the total day’s volume was recorded when the stock soared 3% in the last 75 minutes of the session. The volumes remained elevated, and the stock closed at prior pivot. Thus, with such good volumes, it is expected to climb higher in times to come.
