Domestic benchmark indices were trading higher with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.57% and the BSE Small cap index up 0.60%

On Monday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 580 points or 0.95% at 61,632 and the Nifty trading down by 160 points or 0.87% at 18,227. About 2,115 shares have advanced, 1,164 declined, and 159 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows: 
The top Sensex gainers were IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finance and Tata Motors whereas the top Sensex losers were Bharti Airtel, Larsen & Toubro Ltd and Sun Pharmaceuticals.

The BSE Realty Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Telecommunication Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Realty Index soared 1.40%, led by Macrotech Developers and Sobha Limited while the BSE Telecommunication Index was down 0.10% dragged down by ITI Ltd and Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd.
