Domestic benchmark indices were trading lower with BSE Utilities Index trending among all sectoral indices.

On Wednesday, the benchmark indices were trading lower with Sensex down around 205 points or 0.35% at 60,020.12, and the Nifty trading down by 59 points or 0.34% at 17,651.30. About 1,649 shares have advanced, 1,607 declined, and 137 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were IndusInd Bank, Tata Steel and NTPC Ltd whereas the top Sensex losers were Infosys, Sun Pharmaceuticals and Bajaj Finance.

The BSE Utilities Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Utilities Index soared 1.25%, led by Adani Transmission and KPI Green Energy while the BSE Realty Index was down 1% dragged down by Macrotech Developers and Phoenix Mills.
