Domestic benchmark indices were trading lower with the BSE Mid-cap index down 0.20% and the BSE Small cap index down 0.25% 

On Friday, the benchmark indices were trading lower with Sensex down around 500 points or 0.82% at 61,281 and the Nifty trading down by 125 points or 0.80% at 18,133. About 1,503 shares have advanced, 1,758 declined, and 135 are unchanged on the BSE. 

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows: 
The top Sensex gainers were Titan India, Larsen & Toubro and ICICI Bank whereas the top Sensex losers were NTPC Ltd, NTPC Ltd and HDFC Bank.
 

The BSE Consumer Durables Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Financial Services Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Consumer Durables Index soared 1.50%, led by Titan India and Havells India while the BSE Financial Services Index was down 1% dragged down by General Insurance Corporation of India and Manappuram Finance Ltd.
