Domestic benchmark indices were trading higher with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.43% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.25%. 

On Monday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 233 points or 0.38% at 61,963 and the Nifty trading up by 110 points or 0.60% at 18,301. About 1,739 shares have advanced, 1,659 declined, and 182 are unchanged on the BSE. 

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows: 
The top Sensex gainers were Tech Mahindra, Infosys and Wipro whereas the top Sensex losers were Nestle India, IndusInd Bank and Tata Motors. 

The BSE Utilities Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Telecommunication Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Utilities Index soared 1.30%, led by Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission while the BSE Telecommunication Index was down 0.50% dragged down by HFCL Ltd and Indus Tower Ltd.
