The Flexi-Cap Fund is contributing the most, nearly 15.7% whereas the least contribution is from dividend yield funds which is around 0.9%.

Observation: The data on the contribution of investors in equity mutual funds reveals that flexi-cap funds receive the highest investment, followed by large-cap, mid-cap, sectoral thematic, ELSS, small-cap, and Div-yield funds. This suggests that investors have a varied risk appetite, with some preferring flexibility, stability, growth potential, sector focus, tax benefits, or long-term investment horizons. However, the lower contribution to Div-yield funds indicates that immediate income generation through dividends may not be a priority for many investors.
Overall, investor preferences and mentalities in equity mutual funds vary based on individual goals and risk tolerance.
