Low Priced Stocks Locked in the Upper Circuit on Wednesday December 15

On Wednesday, some of the Low Price outperformed the market during the trading session.

The benchmark indices are seen trading on a lower side with BSE Sensex squeezing 251.58 points or 0.43% down at 57,865.51 level.

Among the stocks included in Sensex, Kotak Mahindra Bank is the top BSE Sensex gainer up by more than 1.56%, whereas Bajaj Finance is the top BSE Sensex loser on Wednesday, trading more than 2.36% on the downside.

On the other hand, the broader markets are seen trading with mixed cues. BSE Midcap is trading 0.26% lower and BSE Smallcap is trading 0.29% up.

TVS Motor, Emami, Crisil, IDBI Bank, and Bayer CropScience are taking top positions in the BSE Midcap index whereas Macrotech Developers and Godrej Properties is trading in red down by more than 2.85% and 2.64%, respectively in Wednesday's trading session.

KIOCL, Swan Energy, Suvidha Infoserve, NACL Industries and Expleo Solution are among the top BSE Smallcap index gainers on Wednesday.

Most of the sectoral indices are trading downside with BSE IT plunging 0.94%. Despite the drag experienced by the BSE IT index, Suvidha Infoserve and Expleo solutions are lifting the index gaining 19.98% and 12.72%, respectively.

BSE Auto Index has gained 0.59% with TVS Motors, M&M, Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj Auto and Eicher Motors being the top gaining stocks within the index. Cummins India is trading 2.15% lower, whereas Bosch is trading 1.21% lower on Wednesday.

The price-volume breakout is seen in some of the penny stocks in Wednesday’s trading session, with several stocks locked in the upper circuit.
