List of Penny Stocks: These stocks gained up to 20% on Tuesday, December 14

On December 14, the Indian equity market closed on a negative note. BSE Power is the top gainer whereas BSE Telecom is the top loser in today’s trade.   

After falling on Monday, the Indian equity market closed with a red mark in today's trade as well. Besides, some sectoral indices closed on a negative note whereas, some closed on a positive note.

In today’s trade Nifty 50 and BSE Sensex indices closed down by 43.35 points i.e., 0.25% and 166.33 points i.e., 0.29%, respectively. Stocks that supported BSE Sensex to pull the index up were ICICI Bank, Infosys and Nestle. Stocks that dragged the BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 down were Reliance Industries, Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank and ITC. The BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 Index opened down by 0.38% and 0.48% respectively from their previous close.

The S&P BSE Power, S&P BSE Utilities, S&P BSE Oil & Gas and S&P BSE Healthcare were top gainers. BSE Power consisting of stocks such as Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, KEC International Ltd, Adani Green Energy Ltd, Adani Transmission Ltd and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd were the top gainers.

In Tuesday's trading session the S&P BSE Telecom, S&P BSE Diversified Financial Revenue Growth Index, S&P BSE Auto and S&P BSE Energy were top losers. BSE Telecom index consisting of stocks such as Reliance Communications Ltd, HFCL Ltd, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, Tejas Networks Ltd were the top losers.
