It began operations as a partnership firm in 1984 as a producer of conventional goods and over the years developed into custom synthesis and manufacturing of speciality chemicals related to life sciences and other speciality chemicals, involving multi-step synthesis and complex technologies, for a broad base of Indian and international customers. Creating in-house creative processes for producing products requiring complex chemistries and achieving cost optimisation are the main focuses of its custom synthesis and manufacturing operations.
The business is divided into two distinct business verticals: (i) life science-related speciality chemicals, which include agrochemicals, personal care, and pharmaceutical products; and (ii) other speciality chemicals, which include specialised pigments and dyes as well as polymer additives.
