DLF Ltd Q1 Results FY2023, PAT at Rs. 470 crores
On 29th July 2022, DLF Ltd announced its quarterly results for the first quarter of FY2023.
Q1FY23 Key Highlights:
- Consolidated Revenue stood at Rs. 1,516 crores, increased by 22% YoY.
- Gross margins sustained at 53%
-EBITDA stood at Rs. 488 crore
- Net Profit was reported at Rs. 470 crores, reflecting an increase of 39% YoY
Business Highlights:
- DLF’s residential business continues its steady performance and clocked New Sales bookings of Rs 2,040 crore, reflecting a Y-o-Y growth of 101%
- The Camellias- DLF’s Super Luxury offering, continues to remain the preferred destination across the super luxury segment and delivered a healthy sales booking of Rs 352 crore during the quarter.
- The company’s new product offerings continue to evince strong interest from the markets and made a healthy contribution of Rs. 1,532 crores.
- DLF generated surplus cash of Rs. 421 crores during the quarter which led to further deleveraging and consequently its Net Debt at the end of the quarter stood at Rs. 2,259 crore, one of the lowest levels
