Coromandel International rises despite reporting a 15% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit!
Coromandel International has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4) and the year ended March 31, 2023.
Quarterly and Annual results
The company has reported a 42.59% rise in its net profit at Rs 261.53 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 183.41 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 28.53% at Rs 5519.19 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 4294.09 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On a consolidated basis, the company has reported a 14.96% fall in its net profit at Rs 246.44 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023, as compared to Rs 289.79 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company increased by 28.33% at Rs 5522.68 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 4303.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2023, on a consolidated basis, the company has reported a 31.70% rise in its net profit at Rs 2012.93 crore as compared to Rs 1528.46 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 54.76% at Rs 29799.03 crore for the year under review as compared to Rs 19255.12 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
