Domestic benchmark indices were trading lower and all the sectoral indices were trading negatively.

On Wednesday, the benchmark indices were trading lower with Sensex down around 533 points or 0.89% at 60,143.65, and the Nifty trading down by 158 points or 0.89% at 17,669.85. About 923 shares have advanced, 2,314 declined, and 124 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows: 
The top Sensex gainers were Maruti Suzuki and Bharti Airtel whereas the top Sensex losers were IndusInd Bank, NTPC Ltd and Bajaj Finance
.

The BSE Utilities Index and BSE Realty Index were the top losers on the sectorial indices. The BSE Utilities Index plunged 2.15%, dragged down by Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission while the BSE Realty Index fell 1.85%, dragged down by Godrej Properties and IB Real-estate Developers.
