Penny Stocks Locked in the Upper Circuit on March 30,2022

At 11.45 am on Wednesday, headline indices Sensex and Nifty were trading higher amid positive global cues as Russia has finally decided to reduce military activities in Kyiv, Ukraine and the crude oil prices also fell by 2%.

The Sensex was at 58,610.20, up by 666.55 points or 1.15%, and the Nifty was at 17,500.10 up by 174.80 points or 1.01%.

The top gainers in the Sensex pack are Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, Axis Bank, Reliance Industries, and Maruti Suzuki. Whereas, the top five losers were Tata Steel, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Sun Pharmaceuticals.

The Nifty Midcap 100 index is trading at 29,616.70 and is up by 0.94%. The top three gainers of the index were Tata Elxsi, Bombay Burmah Trading Company, and Dalmia Bharat. Each of these scrips was up by more than 5%. Similarly, the top 3 stocks dragging the index include Oil India, Torrent Power, and PI Industries.

The Nifty Smallcap 100 index is trading at 110.393.20, up by 1.25%. The top 3 gainers of the index are Aegis logistics, Quess Corporation, and Vakrangee. Each of these scrips was up by more than 6%. The top stocks pulling the index down were Future Retail, NALCO, and GNFC.

On the sectoral front, only Nifty Metal was dragging, whereas Nifty Auto, Nifty Realty,

Nifty PSE banks were trading higher by more than 1%.
