At 11 am on Friday, headline indices Sensex and Nifty were seen regaining the lost levels. As the tensions between Russia and now, the world still continues to simmer. Crude oil prices are still at an all-time high, crossing the USD 103 per barrel mark.

The Sensex was at 56,112.37 up by 1582.46 points or 2.90%, and the Nifty was at 16,732.75 up by 484.40 points or 2.98%.

The top 5 gainers in the Sensex pack are Tata Steel, IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, and Tech Mahindra. Whereas, there were no losers to be found in the Sensex pack today.

The Nifty Midcap 100 index is trading at 26,991.60 and is up by 4.32%. The top three gainers of the index were RBL Bank, Dhani Services, and BHEL. Each of these scrips was up by more than 10%. Similarly, the only stock dragging this index was Power Finance Corporation.

The Nifty Smallcap 100 index is trading at 9.809.20 up by 5.08%. The top 3 gainers of the index were NBCC (India), HEG, and Rain Industries. Each of these scrips was up by more than 12%. The top stocks pulling the index down are Thyrocare Technologies and Aegis Logistics.

The sectoral indices on the Nifty were all trading in the green and each sector in the index was up by almost 3%. Furthermore, Nifty Metal and Nifty Media, were up by more than 5% and contrarily Nifty Oil & Gas was down by 10%.
